For projects of 100 units or more, Boreal deploys a dedicated closeout team to perform final punch work, clean prep, and quality verification so you can hand off keys with confidence.

Every engagement starts at $150/unit and includes the two core deliverables that anchor every closeout: a professional final clean and full documentation with sign-off. From there, clients build the scope they need by adding individual service modules at $75/unit each— no bundling required, no hourly surprises.

3. Caulk Work
A complete caulk inspection and re-seal pass covering all joints that are critical to occupancy readiness and moisture protection

4.Light Carpentry & Hardware
The most commonly flagged category in any multifamily punch walk — door and cabinet adjustments, hardware adjustments, and the finishing details that signal a truly complete unit.

5. Systems & Fixture Verification
A functional walkthrough of every unit's systems and fixtures — the check that protects you from post-occupancy complaints and call-backs.
